My Care Plans are perfectly suited for those who have enough marketing materials needed on a monthly basis, but don’t want to hire a full time designer.

- Collateral design - business cards, flyers, posters, direct mailers, brochures, Optimise and resize images for web and print etc
- Digital design - social media graphics, cover photos, email templates, graphics for online ads, design and send a weekly or monthly EDM (email newsletter), lead magnets, banners, new product listings to your eCommerce store
- Website maintenance (backups, updating plugins, updates to content)

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Select. Select how many hours you require in a month. Please note each Care Plan package is a 3 month subscription. Once you have selected your package simply contact me. Together we schedule a time for a 30-minute consultation for me to learn more about your projects along with getting to know each other (if we haven’t worked together before). Together we review your business needs and upcoming projects to ensure you have the right package in mind.
2. Payment. My Care Plan is based around a retainer. A retainer is a monthly payment which is paid in advance. Essentially, you are “pre-ordering” time versus a service. It’s perfect for those who know they require design services throughout the year and want to reserve my creative professional time.
The initial payment of the first month is due upfront, with monthly invoices being processed on the 15th, ready to move seamlessly into the second month.
3. Collaborate. Once the paperwork is completed and the first Care Plan fee is paid, you’ll have access to our own private collaboration workspace. From here, you will be able to set projects and see the progress. Prior to the next month, we have a conference call to review the upcoming month’s priorities.
4. Repeat. We will repeat the process each month.
5. Review. 2 weeks prior to your subscription ending, we review the package you are on together to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business needs. If needed, we adjust the number of hours reserved each month before signing again!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION
Do unused hours rollover
Ultimately it’s up to you to ensure there’s enough ongoing work for me to fulfil your set hours. As you have priority in my scheduling and discounted rates, unused hours do not rollover.
What if I need more hours for the month
I’ll always do my best to stay within the allocated hours. But some projects go outside this scope. If you have a 20-hour Care Plan, but you have 25 hours of work to be completed, I invoice you the additional 5 hours at the same rate as your plan; not the normal bill rate.
Can I cancel anytime?
All Care Plans require are a 3 month subscription. At the end of 3 months, together we review the plan you are on to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business needs. Of course, I’d love for you stay and grow your business with me, but I understand if you choose to cancel after our set 3 months together.
